Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before attending the Sound Bath Event:

Event Details:

Participants are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before the event starts to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Participant Responsibility:
Participants are responsible for their own well-being during the event.
Please inform the event organizers of any medical conditions or concerns that may affect your participation in the Sound Bath Event.
Conduct:
Respectful and mindful behavior is expected from all participants during the event.
Any disruptive behavior that impacts the experience of others will not be tolerated, and the participant may be asked to leave the event.
Health and Safety:
Participation in the Sound Bath Event is at the participant’s own risk.
It is recommended that pregnant women, individuals with epilepsy, or those with serious mental health conditions consult with a healthcare provider before attending the event.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by the organizers.
Participants who are unable to attend the event must notify the organizers at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.

Photography and Recording:
Photography, audio recording, or video recording during the event is not permitted without prior consent from the organizers.
The organizers may take photographs or recordings during the event for promotional purposes. By attending the event, participants consent to their image or voice being used for such purposes.

Liability:
The organizers of the Sound Bath Event are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants during the event.
Participants attend the event at their own risk and agree to release the organizers from any liability.

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via email or on the event website.
